The story
VoIPSetu started as a thank-you to 3CX.
In 2021, a 60-agent BPO in Delhi NCR called us. They loved 3CX — it was running their business beautifully. They wanted one extra thing: a richer morning MIS view tailored to their floor. We built them a custom wallboard in two weeks. Then a second BPO asked. Then a third.
By the tenth request we realised: 3CX has built a world-class core. There's a natural, premium layer above it — wallboards, AI, CRM auto-log, recording intelligence — that ops teams keep asking for. Instead of quoting custom dev each time, we productised it. That product is VoIPSetu.
Six modules later, the rule still holds: every VoIPSetu feature must make life better for a real 3CX user — built by people who spent 20 years on those same calls.
